Receiving the “Relay of Life” from the Survivors of Auschwitz

The Relay of Life website describes how, on November 13, 2007, more than 30 survivors of the Auschwitz extermination camp and other Nazi concentration camps assembled in Poland for a one day conference at Auschwitz. Based on their unique moral credo, this extraordinary group of people decided to throw their weight into the discussion about Europe’s future. In a solemn ceremony, the survivors of this “hell on earth” shared their experiences from the past and proposed a constitution for a “Europe for the People, By the People.” In recognition of its work in exposing the fraudulent nature of the pharmaceutical business with disease and showing how the driving principle of this industry - both in WWII and now - is profit over life, the Dr. Rath Health Foundation received the “Relay of Life” from the survivors of Auschwitz, with the symbolic request to carry the remembrance of Auschwitz into the future.
