Dogs Of War
French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner recently said that the world should prepare for war over Iran's nuclear programme.
As such, it is now clear that his boss, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, is intending to take over the role of the former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair.
